Actually, having sewn with my nephews in the house as well as a dog and a cat, I can say that having kids in the house is actually helpful. They'll help you look for that pin you dropped. ;-) The dog will listen when you say "stay". The cat... well, it was his own darn fault for finding the needle by sitting down on it! (Don't worry, he's never hurt by it.)

ReplyDeleteOf course, children are also slightly less likely to eat a pin cushion. How Artie managed that without hurting herself, I'll never know.
